About GEORGE Luxury

The public identity behind this website

This website uses the public brand names George Group China and GEORGE Group. The standard international trade name is GEORGE BUILDING MATERIALS. The confirmed legal company is Foshan Jingcheng Zhizao Building Materials Co., Ltd. (佛山市敬城智造建材有限公司), at No.44, 2nd Floor, Building 24, Yimeijia Sanitary & Ceramic World, Jihua 4th Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China.

The brand, trade name and legal company name have different roles and should not be treated as interchangeable contract parties. The actual quotation and contract should identify the entity responsible for that project.

This short video from George’s Furniture Official shows a Foshan furniture showroom. It is a selection-setting reference and does not identify the contract entity or production route for every item.

A coordinated production network

The confirmed production network can include Group-owned factories, equity-partner factories and commissioned manufacturing. The route depends on the furniture category and project. GEORGE Luxury does not claim that every product is made in one wholly owned factory. Project documents should identify the proposed item, applicable specification, approval responsibility and the party accountable for supply.

From whole-home brief to project-specific responsibility

GEORGE Luxury serves private homeowners and their designers for whole-home residential furniture projects. It does not accept a one-item or one-room order. The Group can discuss service from design through separately charged on-site installation, but the included steps, location, participants and fees are set for each project.

The current focus regions are Europe, the Middle East, East Asia and the Americas, and enquiries can come from other locations. This does not guarantee the same freight, customs, local delivery or installation route everywhere. The proposal should match the destination and site.

Samples, certificates and documents must match the proposal

GEORGE Group holds certificates and test materials at Group level. A Group document does not automatically cover every furniture category, configuration or destination. During enquiry and quotation, identify which product and destination documents matter, then request the applicable current evidence. Material and finish samples also need to be connected to the specific item and approved record.

Samples help compare appearance and texture; the approved sample still needs a clear link to the proposed furniture item.

What to verify before appointing a supplier

  • the legal entity and commercial terms shown in the project documents;
  • the room and furniture scope, quantities, dimensions and approval references;
  • which production route applies to the proposed categories;
  • the specific documents required for the products and destination;
  • the delivery and separately charged installation responsibilities; and
  • the owner or representative authorized to approve changes.
