GEORGE Luxury is for private owners and their designers planning furniture across a complete home. The project may include living, dining, bedroom, home-office and private outdoor furniture, with individual pieces selected as part of one residence-wide brief. We do not take a one-item or one-room order. Enquiries can come from around the world, with current focus on Europe, the Middle East, East Asia and the Americas; the available delivery route is confirmed for the actual destination.
Start with the type of home, the rooms in scope and the decisions that are still open. GEORGE Group China can discuss a route from design through separately charged on-site installation, but the exact design, supply, delivery and site responsibilities are confirmed for each project and destination.

Choose the project route that matches your home
Whole-home furniture planning
Use the whole-home route when several rooms need one coordinated furniture direction. Build a room list, decide which spaces are essential at move-in, and keep furniture decisions tied to the current floor plan and fixed interior dimensions. Villa and apartment projects then add different access and space questions.
Plan furniture across the whole home, or go directly to private-villa planning or apartment and penthouse planning.

Furniture by room and category
Use the room route when you know where an item belongs but still need to compare the mix. Living rooms depend on the relationship among sofas, individual chairs, tables and media furniture. Dining rooms begin with people, table form, chair pull-out and service routes. Bedrooms begin with the bed, then add bedside pieces and freestanding storage around openings and daily use.

Designers and owner representatives
If an interior designer, architect or owner representative is involved, name the current drawing revision, who controls the design intent and who can approve dimensions, materials, samples and changes. A clear approval route protects the owner from decisions being made against an outdated plan.

Private outdoor areas
A covered veranda, open terrace, garden dining area and pool edge do not impose the same conditions. Record the activity, sun, rain, wind, salt or pool exposure, storage and maintenance plan for each zone. A scene image can show a useful layout, but it cannot prove that a particular configuration is suitable for your climate.

Prepare a private-villa outdoor furniture brief.
Residential furniture project evidence
Use the residential-project route when you want to compare your home with a relevant GEORGE Group reference. A useful project entry should identify the residence type, the furniture GEORGE actually handled, the selection problem shown and the facts or images that can be traced to that project. A similar-looking room does not prove the same furniture scope, materials, dimensions or result for a new home.
Review residential furniture project evidence. Only material whose residence, furniture responsibility and images have been verified should appear in this evidence route.
What a useful first brief contains
- Project identity: country or destination, residence type, new build or renovation, current stage and your role.
- Scope: every room and private outdoor area under consideration, including spaces planned for a later phase.
- Drawings and access: the current floor plan, known room dimensions, door, lift, stair and turning constraints, with unknown values labelled.
- Use: regular users, expected guest numbers, everyday activities and any piece that must serve more than one use.
- Direction: labelled inspiration images, material or colour preferences and the aspects you want to keep consistent across rooms.
- Decision route: who will review proposals, drawings and samples, and who gives final approval for the owner.
The initial discussion can begin with gaps. Mark missing information instead of estimating it. Dimensions, product configurations, material performance, samples, destination documents, delivery and installation scope are then confirmed against the actual project.
Move from inspiration to an approvable furniture schedule
Reference images help explain proportions, atmosphere, forms and material relationships. They are not a purchase list. Each proposed item still needs a room, quantity, dimensions, orientation where relevant, intended material or upholstery, sample or drawing reference, access route and approval status.
The GEORGE production network can involve owned, invested partner and commissioned factories, depending on the category and project. The responsible source, specifications and evidence for the selected furniture are reviewed in the project proposal; the presence of an image on this page does not establish a fixed model, finish or included package.
