Send one brief for the whole residence
GEORGE Luxury reviews whole-home private residential furniture projects. The first message does not need every final dimension, but it should show the residence, rooms in scope, destination and the decision you need help with. One sofa, bed or single room on its own is outside this website’s service boundary.
Project and contact details
- your name, email and phone or WhatsApp contact;
- country, city or region and residence type;
- whether you are the owner, interior designer, architect or another representative;
- the owner or person authorized to approve furniture decisions;
- new build, renovation, furnishing stage or replacement stage; and
- the decision or uncertainty you want to resolve first.
Rooms and furniture scope
List all rooms that belong to the current whole-home project, including any phase that may come later. For each room, note the regular users, main activity and furniture categories under consideration. Separate movable furniture from fitted wardrobes, cabinetry and other fixed interior work supplied by another party.
If the residence has several floors, identify the floor for each room. For apartments or penthouses, flag lift, entrance and delivery restrictions. For private outdoor areas, add the local sun, rain, humidity, salt or wind conditions that affect product discussion.
Drawings, measurements and access
- current floor plan and drawing revision, if available;
- key room dimensions, doors, windows and fixed features;
- existing sockets, lights and equipment relevant to furniture;
- entrance, internal doors, lift, stairs, landings and tight turns; and
- measurements still unknown or waiting for site verification.
Do not fill gaps with guesses. Marking an unknown allows the project to start while preserving the correct approval condition.
Style, materials and priorities
Attach a small number of references and label what you like: proportion, colour relationship, texture, upholstery, edge detail or overall atmosphere. Also identify practical priorities such as easy care, family use, pets, storage, flexible seating, home working or future room changes. A reference is not a request to assume its construction or performance.
Classify furniture as essential at move-in, important but adjustable or possible later addition. State any target milestone or budget framework as a planning input; the actual scope, pricing and programme follow project review.
Commercial references to understand before sending
There is no minimum number of pieces, while the current minimum total order value reference is USD 18,000 and the service remains whole-home only. About five working days for a quotation, a usual 30-day quotation validity, possible DDP for home projects and a five-year warranty are conditional B2B references. The actual quotation and project documents set the scope, start points, destination terms, validity and warranty conditions. On-site installation, when available, is charged separately.

How enquiry information is handled
